Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. No refund, you can only change the item if it is a different size and you can receive credit to use it inside the store.

Credit for returns does not include shipping costs or customs fees.

Musical instruments , CANNOT be refunded or returned. They can only be returned in case they show a manufacturing defect and the return must be done within 7 days after receiving the product.

All returns require authorization. It will be necessary to request a return authorization to our contact information or email coculainstruments@gmail.com.
